Brianna Bailey is the head trainer and owner of AnyWhere Fitness. Her love of fitness started at an early age and blossomed in adulthood with boot camp classes at a local gym. She was introduced to her new passion of Crossfit in 2012 and never looked back. She is a certified Level 1 Cross Fit Trainer and loves to use her skills to help others reach their personal health and fitness goals. Creating Anywhere Fitness came about from the desire to be able to help people reach these goals at anytime and anywhere. Most people find their excuse for postponing an exercise program is that they cant fit it into their daily schedule, but with AnyWhere Fitness, that is not the case. Services we offer:
- Personal training members have hour long sessions that include a warm up, skill (example: weight-training), and a workout of the day (WOD).
- Boot camp classes are hour long classes where members participate in a warm up (stretching), a 30-40 min workout, and a cool down period.
- Daily workouts are posted for members to do at-home if they cannot make it into a class.
